趋势：【光伏价格】硅料价格高位或将延续，G12电池片供应短缺价格小幅上涨

硅料 本周硅料价格弱势维稳，单晶复投料主流成交价格为308元/KG，单晶致密料的主流成交价格为305元/KG。本周大部分硅料企业处于订单排产交付阶段，新签订单较少，硅料价格暂未出现调整；虽扩产产能仍在不断释放，但受疫情影响及雨雪天气增多，硅料在途库存增加，供应出现阶段性滞后，价格高位或将延续。目前来看，头部企业硅料长单签署较多，新进企业签署量较少，市场上可售的硅料散单数量有望增加。 硅片 本周硅片价格仍维持之前价格，M10主流成交价格为7.53元/片，G12主流成交价格为9.93元/片。本周受疫情影响的多家企业陆续复工复产，预计10月硅片产量将较9月提升5%左右，增量主要来自宁夏中环、青海晶科、新疆晶科、内蒙双良、云南宇泽等企业的新增产能释放，以及因硅料产出增多硅片企业开工率提升带来的增量。近期大尺寸电池片供应持续偏紧带动大尺寸硅片需求旺盛，国内地面电站项目逐步启动，对硅片需求有一定支撑；此外，硅料价格走稳支撑硅片价格继续走稳。 电池片 本周电池片价格小幅波动，G12尺寸电池片因供应短缺价格出现小幅上涨。单晶M6电池片主流成交价仍为1.29元/W左右，M10电池片主流成交价为1.33元/W左右，G12电池片主流成交价微涨至1.32元/W左右。电池片龙头企业通威布局组件业务，电池片自用率提升，实际外售量下滑，电池片整体供应偏紧；尺寸上，市场对G12电池片采购需求持续增加，G12电池片几乎面临无货可售的局面，部分企业已开始调整排产计划，增加G12电池片供应，短期内大尺寸电池片价格仍有上涨可能。 组件 本周组件价格整体维稳，单晶166组件主流成交价为1.91元/W左右，单晶单面182组件主流成交价为1.97元/W左右，单晶单面210组件主流成交价为2元/W左右；182双面双玻单晶PERC组件主流成交价为1.97元/W，210双面双玻单晶PERC组件主流成交价为2元/W。 本周组件市场报价较为混乱，一线企业组件报价仍持稳，但部分二三线企业为抢夺订单降低报价。欧洲市场方面，目前海运船期在40天左右，随着圣诞节的临近，用工紧张情况将加剧，需求或将逐步放缓；国内方面，四季度国内地面电站逐步启动，终端需求有所支撑，大部分组件企业对组件价格持看涨心态，且电池片价格的走高，也给组件价格上涨带来动力。N型组件部分，本周继续趋稳，市场主流报价在2.16-2.2元/W。 辅材方面，本周玻璃价格持稳，3.2mm厚度的玻璃主流价格为26.5元/㎡，2.0mm厚度的玻璃主流价格为20元/㎡左右，目前多数玻璃厂家订单跟进尚可，出货暂无压力，成交价格与之前持平。
